Shop Manager ( Bakery and Pizza delivery service)
- Responsible for day to day task in the shop -
- Responsible to manage a team of 5 persons
- Responsible for the development of the activity- Sales- marketing- event organization
- Responsible the of the hygiene, menu management, shop assortment management, image of the shop, relation with clients
The ideal shop manager is outgoing, honest, sales driven, dynamic with a good natural ability to connect with clients. she is sales driven and understand the market needs. She is both familiar with the needs of the Chinese market as well as the need of foreigners- She understand the bakery business as well as the pizza delivery business. She has high standard and know how to help employee grow and fellow her guide line. She speaks good English and is service oriented. She like challenges and looking for all opportunities to grow and learn.
Profile:
- 27-34 years old Chinese national or Chinese speaking foreigner
- University degree - Study a broad a +
- Working experience in a Bakery or a restaurant in a managerial position 2years
- Experience in Sales and marketing a must 2 years
- Experience with managing the image and decoration of a place
- Understanding of taste and cooking
