工作职责：
1、与客户保持良好沟通，确定设计方向；
2、重要广告作品的设计创意，同时领导团队共同工作；
3、协调本部门与其他部门之间的工作。

任职要求：
1、平面设计、广告设计等相关设计专业专科或以上学历；
2、熟练运用Photoshop、Illustrator等专业设计软件，熟悉印前和印刷工艺；
3、专业平面设计工作经验3年以上，具有同等职位工作经验2年以上者优先；
4、良好的人际沟通能力，具备带领团队的经验及精神；
5、有化妆品、快消品设计经验优先。

Responsibilities:
1、Maintain good communication with customers and determine the design direction;
2、Develop the design creativity of important advertising works and able to lead the team working as a whole;
3、Coordinate with other departments on the work requiring joint efforts.

Requirements:
1、 College degree or above in graphic design, advertising design and other related design major;
2、 Able to use Photoshop, Illustrator, and other professional design software skillfully, and familiar with the prepress and printing processes;
3、 With over 3 years professional graphic design experience, and those who have over 2 years work experience in the same position is preferred;
4、 Shall have good interpersonal communication skills, and appropriate experience and spirit of leading a team;
5、Cosmetics, consumer products design experience is preferred.
