Job description
? Responsible for new sales development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and service to malls, shopping centers, outlet centers, and other Specialty Leasing retail environments including theme parks.
? Manage client relationships through all phases of the design and sales cycle
? Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports
? Develop and maintain prospect and customer lists based on marketing data and other sources for sales leads
? Provide account management to all existing clients
Required qualifications
? Must be a self-starter
? Must be able to demonstrate a sales record (3+ years) at a high level of achievement
? Selling experience in any one or all of the following areas: retail display and merchandising; retail leasing; building material, interior remodeling or renovation; consultative sales
? Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing and Sales or related field (or equivalent work experience)
? Ability to self-motivate and multi-task while working independently or within a team
? Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese
? Analytical and strong presentation skills plus the ability to interact with any level within an organization.
? Knowledge of design and building materials is a plus
? Basic knowledge in custom wood & metal manufacturing is a plus
