Job Responsibilities:
· Support customer to utilize MPM coating additive material in coatings and inks application to demonstrate the customer value in appropriate way.

· Support the RMM to mapping the current product offering vs. local marketing needs

· Develop new silicone material (NPI)to fulfill the dynamic market needs as well as support the RMM for the new product launch.

· Support the RMM to analysis the benchmark product performance in application aspects

· Follow up key customer application enquiry and conduct the in-house trial to help customer formulation optimization.

· Support RMM for market promotion activities like technical seminar as well as tradeshow.

· Others daily work that initiated by RMM.


Competencies :

· Technical capabilities to understand our resin & silane material

· 5-year technical support experience in paint/coating industry

· Application knowledge of paint/coating industry: hopefully in industrial coating segment instead of construction coating

· English capability to understand technical information coming from Japan, US, and European team

· Good communication skill with customers
