RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist finance manager, in charge of GL work of Shanghai plant and Hong Kong trading company:
? Responsible for daily financial & accounting operations
? Responsible for month-end closing (journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, foreign currency revaluation, etc.)
? Responsible for US and statutory reports and closing report package
? Responsible for Monthly tax filing with tax agent
? Responsible for Fix asset booking
? Responsible for Inventory related like standard cost maintain, FIFO, inventory reserve
? Responsible for Internal and external audit support
? Responsible for Ad hoc project assigned
? Contact person with external like tax bureau

QUALIFICATIONS:

? A Recognized Degree In Accounting Or Business.
? A Minimum Of 5 Years' Experience In Finance and 2-3 Years with GL work.
? Good Verbal, Written Communication
? Ability To Work According To Deadlines With Minimum Supervision
? Work Independently And Self Motivated
? Team Player
? Knowledge Of SAP Is A Plus
? Proficient In Microsoft Excel
