职位描述
Responsibilities:
- Develop business and achieve target in Agriculture chemical field in the responsible area in China;
- Provide commercial services and tech-services to existing and new customers;
- Coordinate internal and external business relationship/resources and offer solution to customers;
- Collect and report market/competition information, help management to formulate strategy and execution plan in the dynamic market;
- Play a key role and take full responsibility to establish and maintain distribution channel to sell MPM products to the farmers and formulators.
- Drive/coach/lead the distributors for the product promotion in the market and achieve the sales target at distributors.
Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor degree holder subjects in chemical, agriculture etc;
- More than 2 years substantial sales/marketing experience in related multinational companies;
- Familiar with consumer sales of agrochemicals/pesticides through distribution channel, and agro-adjuvants business model with formulators;
- Good communication skill both in Chinese and English;
- Good interpersonal skill, commercial sense, and passion to win;
- Team work with integrity;
- Self motivated, proactive, able to look for resources from internal and external to solve a problem at work;
- Open minded, can do attitude;
- Strong execution on market and sales strategy;
- Willingness to travel frequently;
- Managerial experience is preferred;
- Prefer having experience on branding and consumer product promotion;
