主要职责：

Main Responsibilities:

协助进行员工培训需求分析收集，使培训项目的安排符合公司战略以及员工个人的需求

包括但不仅限于入职培训（负责协调和完善入职培训内容，确保新员工尽快熟悉公司的企业文化和政策）晋升培训和针对部门的培训等；

Collecting training demands from other departments for better designing of training programs, which benefits both company’s strategy and individual;

It includes but not limited to on-boarding training (help to complete on-boarding training schemes, ensuring new comers get familiar with corporate culture and related A.S.A.P.), promotion training and training program aiming for specific departments, etc;

基于培训需求分析，完成培训预算和培训计划；

维护培训发展的信息，以便在预算范围内有效运作培训项目并进一步节省费用；

Figure out training budget and schemes based on analysis of training demands;

Maintain the training development, in order to implement training projects efficiently within the budget;

负责公司培训体系的搭建及管理工作，建立相对完善的培训管理流程；

Responsible for building up and managing company’s training systems, further to establish training management workflow;

将培训和发展项目进行内部宣传和沟通，保证业务部门对培训投资重要性的认识；

Promote and communicate the training projects and schemes within BDS, which help to raise and realize the importance of investment in training among different BU;

员工职业测试评估和人才测评工具的选择和管理；

培训服务协议的签订和管理，开发培训供应商并定期进行评估；

Selection and management the tools for staff career assessment and talent evaluation;

Signing and management of training agreement, while develop training supplier and evaluate on periodic basis;

负责提供准确的培训数据；

Responsible for offering accurate training data;

每月培训报告信息的收集和完成；

管理培训报表和培训评估档案，确保培训的投资回报；

Finalize monthly Training Report;

Manage training Report and training evaluation files, for the sake of ensuring return on investment in training.

管理培训投资报告与记录，使管理层对培训的实施和培训效果有准确的理解；

Keep a record on training report, which allows the management level have an easy access to implementation and understanding of training and its effect;

职位要求：

Qualifications:

本科学历

Bachelor Degree

5年以上培训经验

More than 5 years’ experience in training session

出色的演讲技能

Excellent presentation skills

流利的英语口语与书面交流能力

Fluency in Oral English and written English

出色的协助与培训技能

Skilled in cooperation, communication and training techniques

软件操作技能（Word Excel和PowerPoint等）

Excellent in software operation skills is a plus(Word Excel and PowerPoint, etc.)
