职位描述
工作职责：
1. 协助总监完成《贵在上海》杂志社的日常管理工作并合理安排其社交日程。
2. 与媒体总监一起拜访贵宾客户，并作为媒体总监的代理人直接与贵宾客户进行沟通交流与维护；
3. 安排和组织每周公司例会，并完成会议纪要发送至所有与会者和高级经理层；
4. 专业有礼貌的接听公司来电，接待来访客户尤其是总监的贵宾客户并给予有效帮助；
5. 做好公司尤其是总监的面试安排并接待面试人员;
6. 监督公司成员的考勤；
7. 记录公司所有的来往快递登记（姓名、公司、电话、地址），分类整理保存，以备查询；
8. 有效管理办公室的公共资产，按标准定额，做好添购办公用品的计划编制和申购,领用和分发, 使用登记和离职时的缴回；
9. 负责办公室及办公设备维护、维修等工作的联系、安排和实施，督导办公室环境整洁，保证舒适良好的工作氛围；
10.给予日常协助和跨部门的团队支持并完成公司上级领导交代的其他工作。
任职要求：
1.本科学历及以上, 有一年以上总助工作经验者优先
2.形象气质佳，爱笑，身高1.62米以上，声音甜美，普通话标准，具有亲和力；
3.熟练使用word excel PowerPoint等办公软件，熟悉行政人事办公工作流程
4.具有良好的沟通能力、书写表达能力,协调能力及较强的保密意识；
5.大学英语六级以上，能用英语进行有效的口语和书面沟通；
6.能够在多任务的情况下顺利并独立完成工作，抗压能力强
7.工作态度积极并有团队合作精神,具备高度的责任感和自我开发的潜力；

Job Description:
1. Assist Executive Director in daily management of Vantage Shanghai, and help organize director’s social schedule
2. Communicate directly with VIP clients of Vantage, as the representative or with the Director .
3. Schedule and organize weekly meeting, do the meeting minutes and send it to all senior managers and participants
4. Answer incoming calls in polite and professional manner，give a polite reception and help to the visitors especially VIP customers
5. Arrange the interview for Vantage especially for Director, give a reception to the interviewers
6. Supervise the attendance check for Vantage Member
7. Record all of courier registration (name, company, telephone number, address), sort and save for future inquiry. Business correspondence, mail and express receiving, sending out and distribution.
8. Well manage all public assets of the office,make the stationery purchasing plan according to the budget; Manage the stationery distribution and delivery;
9. Responsible for the office equipment maintenance, repair contact, arrange and implement. Make sure the office environment be cleaning.
10. Provide regular assistant / support to cross-functional team assistants and complete any temporary job arranged by supervisor
Job Requirement:
-- University graduate and above，with 1+year PA working experience is preferred
-- The image and temperament are fine, risibility, more than 1.62m, sweet voice, standard mandarin and have affinity
-- Good PC skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and familiar with the admin and HR work flow
-- Good at communication, writing and expression, coordination and keep the confidential information.
-- CET6 above , able to negotiate effectively in both spoken and written English
-- Ability to work independently in multi-task situation and work under pressure
-- Self-motivation, positive attitude and team work spirits. Good sense of responsibilities and have potential to develop
