职位描述
上海迪士尼度假区正在寻找一位能力突出的人才来负责上海迪士尼度假区运营劳动力管理的流程开发和维护后续的排班计划和薪酬管理。 助理经理将直接带领团队,与公司内、外的关键业务伙伴合作,协调排班及时间相关的需求,并领导日常运营安排。
本职位将汇报给劳动力经理,劳动力管理,上海迪士尼度假区。
职责包括:
? 领导并激励排班计划和时间管理的团队,该团队隶属上海迪士尼度假区运营劳动力管理部门,负责上海迪士尼度假区一线演职人员的排班和薪资管理
? 拥有独立解决问题的能力,能够高效地管理业务和团队
? 为日排班计划和时间管理团队提供指导,确保一线演职人员的人工支出和维修事务支出可以保证一定的财务效率。同时也确保符合时间和行政标准及合规政策
? 领导团队在完成大量工作的同时,保持符合标准、协定和政策
? 能够持续促进工作流程的改进,支持做出管理上的改变
? 通过多种途径解决系统或流程问题
? 定期与区域经理、运营经理和高层领导接触,获得支持
? 在与各方协同达成业务目标的同时确保向运营领导、外部合作机构和所有的一线演职人员提供卓越的客户服务
? 支持并完善劳动力管理政策
? 根据工作表现和其他相关指标来衡量一线演职人员的业绩,并帮助他们不断成长
要求资质:
? 拥有人力资源或商业运营流程方面的本科学历
? 至少1-2年的团队管理经验,能够成功带领一支绩效优异的团队
? 有经验和能力恰当处理机密、政治敏感的信息
? 熟悉自动排班和时间记录系统
? 接受定期的指导,知道何时向领导寻求帮助、获得信息
? 中英文流利
? 向一线演职人员的小组领导提供培训,指导他们如何准确记录时间、填写卡片,宣传劳动力管理方面的政策
? 能够有创新的思维解决困难、复杂的问题

Shanghai Disney Resort is seeking exceptional talent to lead a staff and be responsible for Shanghai Disney Resort (SDHR) operational workforce management process development and ongoing sustainment for scheduling & pay practices. Associate Manager will directly manage a team, coordinate with key internal and external business partners on scheduling & time related needs and lead day-to-day operation.
This position reports to the Workforce Manager, Workforce Management, Shanghai Disney Resort.
Responsibilities include:
? Leads, inspire and motivate a team of schedulers and time administration clerks that are responsible for SHDR operational workforce management team responsible for scheduling and payment of front-line SHDR Cast Members
? Demonstrate independent decision making skills to effectively manage a business and lead a team
? Provide direction to scheduling and time teams to ensure production of frontline schedules, maintenance duties are accomplished with financial efficiency. In addition, ensure consistent application of time and administration standards and compliance policies
? Lead team in completion of high volume of work streams ensuring consistent standards, agreements and policies are applied
? Drive long term process improvement and champion change management efforts
? Address system or process issues and create solutions using various sources
? Regularly engage and influence area managers, operating managers, executives to drive support
? Collaborates to meet business objectives while enabling delivery of exceptional client service to operating leaders, partner organizations, and all front-line cast members
? Support and advance workforce management strategies
? Utilize performance and other relevant metrics (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree or equivalent in fields human resources and/ or business operation processes
? Minimum of 1-2 years in a key leadership role with responsibilities for leading and developing a successful and high performing team
? Experience and ability in handling confidential and politically sensitive information discretely and appropriately
? Familiarity with automated scheduling and time recording systems
? Accept periodic direction and understand when to seek information and assistance from leader
? Fluent in Mandarin and English
? Provide coaching to leaders regarding accurate time entry, record card entry and WM owned policies
? Ability to form creative solutions to solve difficult, complex problems
