岗位职责：
1．配合公司战略，完成公司销售任务
2. 负责制定公司销售管理制度。
3．根据公司销售计划，建立和管理销售队伍，挖掘业务需要的潜在客户，完成销售任务。
4．负责分配和分解销售任务。
5．销售团队人员的日常销售管理。
6．负责销售人员的销售技能培训、管理和指导，提升销售人员销售业绩。
7．负责组织客户的电话回访工作。

任职要求：
1．男女不限，大专以上学历，熟悉互联网，有丰富的互联网营销、数据营销、社会化营销等方面知识
2．具备良好的沟通及协调能力
3．执行力强、能吃苦耐劳、工作有冲劲，可承担压力
4．个人有5年以上的销售岗位工作经验，个人业绩突出
5．有3年以上团队（10人以上）管理经验，有销售培训经验
6. 客户资源广泛，有广泛人脉资源，同时，拥有丰富的社会交往圈子

薪酬福利：
1. 底薪+个人提成+团队提成
2. 底薪10K以上，根据个人工作经验、能力适当调整
3. 季度团队奖金
4. 年度团队奖金
5. 五险一金

试用期限：
试用期三个月：连续三个月团队业绩不达标或团队建设无重大进展，公司有权调整岗位。
