岗位职责：
1、负责电话的接听和转接，做好来电咨询工作，重要事项认真记录并传达给相关人员，不遗漏，不延误；
2、负责来访客户的接待、基本咨询和引见，严格执行公司的接待服务规范，保持良好的礼节礼貌；
3、负责收发管理传真、信件和报刊杂志，日常办公文具的采购、登记及管理；
4、协助维护办公日常的办公环境及秩序；
5、完成上级交给的其他事务性工作。

任职要求：
1、大专或以上学历，外语流利；
2、形象气质佳，有亲和力，衣着得体；
3、性格活泼开朗，善于沟通，有一定的承压能力；
4、熟练使用电脑、传真、复印机、打印机等各种办公设备；熟练掌握Micro office软件的应用；
5、有前台、行政助理或文员的工作经验者，欢迎应届毕业生应聘。

Responsibilities:
1. Handle incoming calls professionally, taking messages upon necessity and urgency;
2. Welcome visitors or guests initially and transfer to the proper internal parties;
3. Responsible for handing out stationary, relative documents, sending and dispatching outgoing mails/letters for office;
4. In charge of management of telephones, fax, printers, office waters and cleanness, etc.;
5. Others duties assigned by supervisors.

Requirements:
1. College or above, good command of English (spoken and written);
2. Cheerful personality (warm, patient, positive, etc.) and service oriented;
3. Professional secretarial skills and communication skills, hardworking;
4. Good command of computer skills, and familiar with Office software;
5. New graduates or someone with similar working experience are taken into consideration (English environment is a plus).
