GENERAL DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

o Implementation of the work related to clinical data management, including data review, query issue, normal lab ranges management, data coding, database development, logic check program development, project progress management, etc
o Generating relevant documentation of data management, including DM Manual, DMP, DQP, Data Entry Manual, Database Structure Specification, Data Review Specification, data listing for data review meeting, etc
o Routine project progress report
o Participate in DM SOPs update/amendment, ensure project compliance of DM SOPs
o Team timesheet completion
o Provide DM foundation training
o Other related work assigned by supervisor

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

o Diploma or Degree in Science or related field from a recognized institutions, and/or equivalent combination of training and experience
o Minimum 4 years experience in Clinical Data Management or related field
o Good coordination skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the company and third parties.
o Good communication skills and must be fluent in both written and spoken English or Japanese
o High integrity in personality and professionalism
o Positive attitude, high degree of initiative, committed and able to work independently
o Self-initiative to perform duties, with good analytical and problem-solving capabilities
o Ability to handle multiple tasks and expected to follow through with completion of assigned tasks with minimal supervision
o Meticulous and able to work in a fast-paced environment
o Able to work under pressure and under challenging timelines when required
o Familiar with the application of DM systems and software, excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
