Job Description 岗位描述

1. Analyzing customer test requirements, create corresponding test cases and sequences of remote key and door handle projects.

分析客户测试要求，创建遥控钥匙和门把手项目的相应测试用例及序列。

2. Create and manage the validation test documentation according to customer & Hella requirements.

根据客户与海拉内部要求，创建和管理相应的测试文档。

3. Create test cases, test sequences and fixtures for the function test, force tests, vibration test and durability/environmental tests.

创建功能类测试、应力类测试、振动类测试、耐久类及环境类测试的相关测试程序和夹具。

4. Create UID and Door handle testing DVP for global and local customer, evaluate and control the cost.

创建遥控钥匙和门把手测试DVP大纲，制定预算并严控成本。

5. Support with fault analysis at all stages of product life cycle (proto/samples/ validation/ analysis/ complaints/requalification ...).

产品周期各阶段验证（原型/样品/验证/分析/投诉/年检等）。

6. If necessary could attend over sea training.

如有需要，能参加海外的培训。

7. Permanent coordination with project manager and development team weekly.

定期与项目团队沟通、协调项目进展。

8. Permanently improve and develop the test methods and test tools for remote key and door handle in Hella Shanghai test Lab.

海拉电子实验室内部遥控钥匙和汽车把手相关测试方法及测试设备的长期完善和开发。

9. Other job assigned by Department Manager.

部门经理安排的其他工作。

Necessary requirements 任职资格

1. University degree in Engineering. Computer Science, Mechanical and Electronics，Material are preferred.

工程专业本科及以上学历，计算机应用，机电，材料专业优先考虑。

2. 3~5 years of experience in testing activity of Automotive Electronics products.

三至五年以上汽车产品测试经验。

3. Deep Knowledge of Automotive Electronics testing: customer requirements, testing strategy, testing specifications.

深度理解汽车电子测试：客户需求，测试策略，测试标准。

4. Advanced Knowledge of Automotive Project Development Process and Quality Documents. Such as PPAP/ TS16949/ VDA.

了解汽车行业项目开发流程，及质量体系文件，如PPAP/ TS16949/ VDA等。

5. Knowledge of FMEA, knowledge of Failure analysis for automotive components.

了解汽车零部件产品的FMEA和失效分析。

6. Fluent English, both oral and written, knowing Germany are preferred.

英语读写熟练, 懂德语者优先考虑。

7. Self-motivation for learning new techniques, products, processes.

能主动学习新技术，产品和流程。

8. Responsible and can work under pressure.

有责任心，并有一定的承压能力。
