Concept Director

创意总监

The concept director actively listens to and understands the clients business. He understands and develops concepts to tap into our client’s customer “emotional platforms”. He will work his design team and Event Strategic team to develop impactful solutions and presentation. The Creative Director is proud of his ideas and is very good in articulating and selling his creative to clients. He may be responsible for recruiting and managing third party design firms as well or design resources.

创意总监要听取和明白客户的要求。了解和深入概念进入我们客户的客户“情感平台”。领导设计团队和活动战略团队有效的解决和陈述。创意总监以自己想法为荣,清晰的把自己创意介绍给客户。能够负责招聘管理设计部门和第三方的设计资源。

You Must Be

Original – enjoy coming up with fresh ideas for clients.

Strategic – Understand and synthesize project/event objects and infused with inspiration to create solutions for clients.

Technical Requirements:

技术要求

· Relevant diploma or degree in design or related disciplines

· 设计或相关专业大专及以上学历

· At least 5 – 8 years experience working with exhibition/stage design

· 至少5 - 8年展览舞台等相关经验的专业设计工作室或机构

· A Strong Conceptual and Strategic Thinker

· 具有丰富的概念和战略想法

· Ability to lead projects from concept to completion.

· 具有项目领导能力，熟悉从概念到完成的全过程

· Proficient in 3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, social & digital platform, etc

· 精通3D Max, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator, social & digital platform, etc

· Ability to communicate effectively in English and Chinese

· 中英文书写、表达熟练
