Desired Experience

- A minimum of 3 years relevant construction experience. Relevant experience in the Retail sector is highly regarded. Familiar with local regulation for license is a must.

- Good inter-personal skills are essential, since he/ she needs to work cross functionally with different departments. .

- A person of discipline and integrity is a pre-requisite.

- He/she must be able to cope with travelling if require. Approximate working time for indoor and outdoor is half and half.

Job Detail

- Assist Project Manager to run project in cost effective way. Major task includes

- Preparing tendering/ analytical report/ negotiation.

- Prepare site survey report

- Handle payment process.

- Manage project to complete on time

- Site inspection to maintain quality of work and accuracy.

- Co-ordinate different vendors for smooth construction works such as chiller display fixing/ cctv/ IT etc.

- Hand over and final account measurement.

- Responsible to obtain valid license for each store including liaising with local government organization/ local design house and landlord etc.

- To follow and manage R&M work.

- To execute minor renovation or new counter works.

- To set-up a resource library with relevant materials/ vendors that will enable the achievement of Store Development Excellence.
