Sr. SW Validation Engineer

Responsibilities:
In this position ,You will join in Intel Data Plane Development Kit Engineering team, under Intel DCG/NPG Group.
You will work on data plane software validation, and responsible for validation of packet forwarding software
and storage acceleration solutions in Intel advance platform, including Intel MP processor, accelerator chipset and Ethernet adaptors.
In addition, you will collaborate with Intel experts on investigation of next generation network transformation technology, like virtualization, OPNFV and SDN.

Qualifications
- Master of Science degree with more than 3 years of working experience as a software developer/tester or a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science/Electronic Engineering with more than 4 years of working experience.
- Strong software background, including experience with Linux* drivers and/or kernel; Solid experiences in embedded software validating.
- Excellent Linux* software development, testing and debugging skills in C and scripting language like shell script, Perl etc;
- Experience in Python scripting development, especially for automation test tool development;
- Technical and problem solving skills to define and execute tasks independently and strong written and verbal communications in both English and Mandarin

Added Advantage:
- Good understanding about Intel Ethernet device driver.
- Performance tuning and workload optimization, Linux profiling tools.
- Good understanding of Virtualization technology
- Good understanding of NFV & SDN, Python scripts & Linux shell script programming.
