Job Description：
1. 负责公司产品在区域内的销售工作， 独立开发并跟进项目新业务
2. 了解本区域工业升降设备市场的及时信息，随时洞察市场变化提出市场供需要求；
3. 根据客户的需求做出产品配备方案和技术指导；
4. 项目后期保持与客户的长期联系，建立良好的合作关系；
5. 应收账款的管理；
6. 根据区域市场的的现状和形势变化，适时提出有效的市场策略建议；
7. 在公司内部能够与各个相关部门及时做好配合，顺利完成上级交给的任务，并且随时向
8. 上级呈报工作进展情况，达到良好的沟通和配合
Competence Requirements：
1. 本科以上学历，机械行业5年以上销售经验，具有一定的该区域市场资源；
2. 了解工业电梯、施工升降平台等产品；
3. 具有较强的人际交往和沟通能力、新环境适应能力和处事灵活能力；
4. 拥有驾照、驾驶技术熟练者优先。
