2. 熟练配置防火墙、交换机、路由器、VPN等各类网络设备和服务，对于公司内外网络故障能独立排查，具备设计网络布局和IP划分的能力。

3. 熟练配置Windows Server(2003及2008)的各项功能,包括AD, DNS, DHCP, FTP,打印服务和文件服务。

4. 熟悉网易企业邮件用户管理，对于各类邮件服务器故障能独立排查并高效解决。协助软件开发团队配置MS SQL2005数据库服务器及报表服务，熟悉MS SQL2005的常用功能及部分简单查询。会对数据库备份进行本地及远程定时备份。

5. 熟悉苹果系列硬件(台式机，笔记本和服务器)优先。

6. 能适应短期出差工作，并能承受一定工作压力。

7. 具有如下资格认证(MSCE, CCNA, CCNP)优先。
