岗位职责:
1. 制定并完善各项设备相关的管理规章制度，并贯彻落实BOSCH方针
2. 负责与其他部门经理一起拟定和实施生产设备、设施 (固定资产) 的年度投资计划
3.负责带领新设备开发团队依据BOSCH的要求进行新设备（设备及夹具）的设计（软件及硬件），监督并审核新设备的制造技术要求、而后进行加工、装配、调试、放行及最终验收，同时有权根据技术要求确定设备供应商资质
4.负责带领设备维护团队依据BOSCH的要求管理生产设备, 及时高效地解决生产设备故障, 保证生产的顺利进行, 并做到预防为主，贯彻并不断改进TPM，有权决定合理的改进方案
5. 负责带领 (BPS) Bosch Production System团队根据BOSCH要求统计数据优化产线布局，建立BPS office 并将BOSCH各方面生产标准贯彻全公司
6. 负责带领设施维护团队按照BOSCH要求对外围所有生产辅助设施进行管理、维护及修理，保障生产顺利进行
7. 负责带领部门所有员工依据BOSCH要求对各项工作进行CIP--持续改进
8. 负责执行总经理安排的设备及新产品项目的引入及投产
9. 负责支持公司HSE工程师按照BOSCH要求在公司内部开展各项HSE工作
岗位要求：
1. 本科以上,机械或机电工程类相关专业毕业.
2. 具有5年以上制造类企业设备管理负责人工作经验,有外资企业工作/管理经验
3. 熟练使用计算机绘图软件和Microsoft办公软件,具有良好的沟通和很好的团队合作经验
4. 熟练的英语会话及书写能力
5. 良好的沟通及合作能力,具有较强的服务意识,创新精神及技术钻研的热情. 善于总结表达能力强
Responsibility:
1. Make and optimize the regulations related with equipments, implement related BOSCH policy
2. Responsible for make the annual equipment investment (fixed assets) together with all other dept. HODs
3. Leading new equipment development team to make the design (hardware and software) for the equipment (include jigs) according to BOSCH requirement, supervise and double check the technical requirement document for the new equipment, after that need manufacture the new equipment, assembly, adjustment, MAE release and FAT. Also need to qualify the equipment supplier base on the technical requirement of the new equipment.
4. Leading the equipment maintenance team manager all the equipments according to BOSCH requirement, do the trouble shooting on time, keep production running smoothly, enhance the Preventive maintenance, support the TPM at workshop, have the right to decide the suitable solution for CIP
5. Leading Industrial Engineers team to statistic the data from production lines and optimize the production line layout according to BOSCH requirement, establish the BPS office and implement all BPS standards into TTCS
6. Leading FCM team management, PM and troubleshooting for all outside facility equipment related with production line according to BOSCH requirement, to keep production line running smoothly
7. Leading HSE team, implement all HSE requirements from BOSCH and management the plant security
8. Leading all department employees implement all working related CIP according to BOSCH requirement
9. Responsible for project from GM, prepare for the new production and implement it
Requirement:
-Bachelor or above from university, mechanical , electrical engineer related graduated
-With more than 5 years experience at equipement related department manager position, better for good working experience at foreign company
-Good at CAD software and Microsoft office software, good capability and experience of communication and team working
-Good at English speaking and writing
-Good communication and team working, good services willing, innovation and digging into technology, good at summary and high express capability
