Our customer is a multinational company with a long and distinguished career dating back to 1905. We are leading in design, supply, and marketing of barrier protection products (protective gloves and attires) and services. Our products are on the job around the world, helping to protect workers in almost every industry, from aerospace and automotive to food processing and semiconductor manufacturing




Responsibilities:

？ Establish Finance standard procedure for the company, in charge of the management of the Finance department according to the requirement and culture of the head office
Set up complete database of the company, check and review the fixed asset and cash flow regularly
？ Coordinate with the internal and external auditing issues
？ In charge of daily Finance operation, timely submission of all the finance reports and analysis required by the Headquarter every month
？ Organize different reports according to the requirement of the government: liaise and communicate actively with the bank, the tax bureau, the custom and the Industrial and Commercial Bureau.
？ In charge of the whole accounting ledger, take care of the detail of the monthly financial report, counter check all the AP and AR.
？ Lead the subordinate for all the tasks of the Finance department


Requirement:

？ Bachelor degree in Finance, possess accountant certification preferred
？ Must have significant experience in optimizing financial flows
？ Experience in inventory flows would be advantageous
？ Demonstrated project leadership and management ability
？ At least 5 years of experience in Finance management relating to the international business
？ Familiar with the government policies in finance, corporate finance rules and procedures, and possess all kinds experience related to the law and rules of taxes related to the company
？ Business Analysis & Performance
？ Strong communication skill both in Chinese and English
