任职要求：
1、45岁以下，大专及以上学历。
2、五年以上教育培训行业销售及销售管理经验。
3、 良好的人际沟通、协调能力、分析和解决问题的能力，逻辑思维强。
4、有较强的事业心，具备一定的领导能力，以及良好的团队合作精神和团队建设能力。
5、具有较强的责任心和忠诚度，能够承受工作压力。

主要职责：
1、 校区销售和服务管理
（1）对总的销售指标负责，分配销售指标，组织分校长营运会议，确保完成销售任务
（2）服务方面的投诉退费处理
（3）对分校长工作进行日常管理
2、校区教学相关事务管理
（1）协助教学部对分校进行监管
（2）检查和反馈教学质量和教师工作情况
3、 财务行政后勤安全工作
（1）配合财务部对分校财产管理，现金收支等工作管理
（2）配合BD部门做好新校开业准备工作
4. 市场支持协调工作
（1）与市场部沟通新生到访和报名情况
（2）配合市场部执行分校市场活动
5、 团队建设和人员培养：负责分校长的招募，校区销售岗位的培训、考评、调配等
6、主管交代的其他任务
