Responsibilities
工作职责

1. Implement project operation plan and coordinate concurrent events.
实施项目运营计划和具体操作，协调同期活动及其它项目的相关活动
2. Responsible for work flow designated by the DM to provide effective and in-time support to the project teams
遵循部门经理制定的工作流程并及时向项目组提供协助
3..Build close relationship with government organizations like the customs, fire protection, security and other units
与海关、消防、等单位保持密切联系
4. Setup and maintain close contact with exhibition centres, official booth contractor and official forwarder, supervise non-official booth contractor
与展馆、搭建商、物流公司保持密切联系，对非指定的搭建商进行监督
5. Responsible for exhibitor service including booth construction、transportation、furniture and electricity, coordinate customs declaration etc.
提供展商服务，包括搭建、家具预定、水电气预定、运输服务、协调报关等等
6. Responsible for visa letters and applications for exhibitors and visitors as well as hotel reservations in coordination with travel agency
负责展商和观众的邀请函、签证、酒店预定等事宜
7 Provide on-site coordination between exhibitors and exhibition centre, suppliers
现场协调展商和展馆、供应商之间的问题
8. Communicate and coordinate with the project team on matters as construction suites, international exhibitor service and other future cooperation with headquarter company.
与项目组保持紧密沟通合作，特别在搭建、国际展商服务部分，以及和总部之间的沟通协调及合作。

Request
职位要求

1. At least 3-year experience in exhibition, logistic, transportation or related industry
3年以上展会、物流等相关工作经验
2. Experience in working with government organizations
熟悉交通、海关部门的工作流程
3. Strong in planning, organizing and coordination，good communication skills
较强的组织协调能力、良好的沟通能力
4. Bachelor degree or above
本科及以上学历
5. Good command of English and Shanghainese
英文和上海话流利
6. Computer proficiency in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook
熟练使用MS Office的常用软件操作
