职位描述
Responsibilities:
Provides metrology-based technical assistance to manufacturing areas through inspection and testing, using model-based inspection programs, blueprints, engineering standards, specifications, and manufacturing plans, as needed
Performs the measurements (incl. macrography, materials testing, ... ) for initial samples, incoming inspection for purchased parts according to control plan (including conformity checks of material certificates), first off parts if applicable,sampling inspections, product audits, layout inspection, problem solving (QPS)
Supports production in implementation and use of SPC in production according to the control plan
Supports Program Quality, ASQ and SQA with metrology competence, especially in the Kick off Meeting with suppliers
Supports with metrology competence in special projects
In case of non-conforming product escalates to the relevant function for further decision
Participates in design reviews regarding metrology
Participates in design of new gage concepts and in approval of gage concepts
Reports to production the results of weld etch validation
Follows the relevant national & international standards and workmanship
Verifies gages, manages calibration and MSA (Measurement System Analysis) for all measuring systems (planning, execution, documentation), incl. verification of checking fixtures after maintenance is completed
Develops metrology methods and competence in the international network
Qualification:Skill:
Familiar with Zeiss CMM is preferred
Familiar with knowlege of GD&T and the principle of checking gage
Familiar with gage managment
Familiar with the quality tools eg. MSA,SPC etc.
Requirements:
5 years or above experience in components quality management in automotive
3 years or abobe experience in CMM measurement
Bachelor or above with engineering background
Strong sense of responsibility and good team player
Good communication skills with workable English
