职位描述

The Outlet! Company is currently seeking candidates for the position of Director of Operations, to be based in Shanghai. The Director of Operations will collaborate with TOC's local Partners to introduce global Outlet industry standards to the Property Management and Operations of each Center. Initial responsibilities will be concentrated on Mega Mills - a 60,000 m2 Outlet center in Shanghai - and may include:
- Assist with hiring and training of Center General Manager and Marketing Manager
- Advise on Outlet service standards and oversee training of custodial, maintenance, security, grounds keeping, and traffic control services
- Review operating budgets and provide recommendations for purchases of equipment, vehicles & supplies needed for Center management and maintenance
- Oversee installation of Center furniture & equipment including signage, directories, pathfinders, benches, Food Court furniture, etc.
- Assist local Partner with preparation of annual operating budgets
- Advise on onsite services & amenities to be provided such as Information Centers, VIP Lounge, valet parking, shuttle bus program, employee facilities, ATMs, vending machines, baby care room, tailor service, etc.
- Assist with development of cart/kiosk program
- Advise on parking plan - onsite/offsite, employee parking, bus parking locations
- Advise on service/delivery plan & procedures for retail and food tenants
- Review procedures for security, safety and risk management
- Provide recommendations for Center marketing efforts including advertising, public relations, tourism outreach programs, and sales & promotional activities
- Monitor Center operations and evaluate strategies to increase visitor traffic and maximize sales productivity

The ideal candidate shall possess the following:
- University degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or related field
- 5-10 years experience in shopping center management, property management and/or retail management
- Ability to work in a multi-cultural, bilingual work environment
- Fluency in Mandarin and English
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor
