职位描述
Qualification:
1. University graduate with 3 yrs working experience in multinational company.
2. Strong communication skills with internal and external people;
3. Must be a team player with customer service oriented manner
4. Detail, efficient, and result oriented
5. Be familiar with MS office software, especially Powerpoint and Word
6. Good spoken and written English
Job Responsibilities:
Activity 1: Secretarial Support to VP of EOCN
1) Keeping contact with external customers or business associates as well as government officials for VP of EOCN and keep good relationships.
2) Arrange appointments for VP of EOCN with internal & external customer, business associates and government officials.
3) Travel: arrange travel logistic arrangement including hotel, air ticket, transportation and visa for VP’s incoming visitors and direct reports. .
4) Makes duly expense report for VP.
5) Telephone & mail screening and message taken for VP.
6) Systematic filing for reference convenience.
7) Prepare regular reports (333 updates, business review, President report)
