Qualifications:
1. At least 5 years materials management experience with an international manufacturer;
2. Strong communication and presentation skills;
3. Demonstrated ability to make improvements to all materials KPIs, especially planning and inventory control;
4. Rich experience in MRP/ ERP system;
5. Fluent English

Daily Material managerment
1.Manages two plants entire flow of materials from purchase to finished product;
2.Overseas procurement of production material;
3.Confers with department managers to determine status of material need;
4.Develops policies and procedures to ensure timely acquisition of materials in a cost effective ways;
5.Provide weekly Plant Loading Projection & Diamond Reports to show volume and inventory projections by plant;
6.Generate rolling 3 period forecast each period based on customer requirements;
7.Conduct daily production meeting to review plant throughput & potential customer issues;
8.Reconcile all discrepancy report issues
9.Disposition slow moving and obsolete inventories;
10.Assure 100% on-time deliveries to internal & external customers;
11.Assure import/export process running smoothly to fulfill internal plants production & customer requirement;
12.Assure E-Customs book to support import/export on time, also comply with customs rules.
13.Responsible for legal compliance, Assure no findings when Customs Yearly 3`rd party audit;
14.Assure import/export process comply with government/customs rules.

Project management
1.Conduct Material Launch Readiness review;
2.Lead periodic BOM review to ensure the accuracy are in place;
3.Inventory Level Review, including supplier inventory reivew and managerment to ensure the materials supply non-stoppage;
4.Customer Release Review.

People Development and employee relations:
1.Analyzes self knowledge and skills, propose self-annual training needs based on the Performance Appraisal Result;
2.Analyzes on job training for subordinate and make training plan;
3.Manages own performance to ensure on going improvement;
4.Is encouraged to actively develop own career by obtaining the most up to date knowledge and skills;
5.Maintains amiables, respectful working relationships with co-workers both inside and outside the Department;
6.Deprtment budget control.
