职位描述
英文流利，本科毕业1年以上经验
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
? Coordinating internal & external program meetings
? Monitoring program milestones, tasks, and other deliverables
? Supporting program change management and risk management
? Supporting program’s plan, schedules, critical path, and cost analysis
? Coordinating the implementation of Intel legal and quality requirements and processes
? Summarizing program execution indicators and status updates for program manager and program team review on a regular cadence.
? Communicating with ecosystem partners
? Supporting program material and logistics management if applicable
Qualifications
? Program/project management experiences and knowledge, and indirect influence skills.
? Experience program managing external development suppliers and partners
? Knowledge of product development life cycle and experience successfully working within Intel's platform planning processes (POP, PPOP, PLC) is preferred.
? Demonstrated independent analysis, good judgment and ability to balance business and technical perspectives
? Multi-task experiences
? Effectively communicate program status by translating large volume of information into concise and clear message.
? Process and detail oriented individual with excellent analytical skills including expertise with MS Office tools Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.
? Good verbal and written English skills
? PMP certification is a plus
? Engineering bachelor's degree or master’s degree with minimum of 3 years program management experiences in related industries.
? Knowledge and experiences on HW/SW products design, development, production, system integration and validation process will be a plus.
? Previous experience in management of Intel R&D program is a plus
