职位描述

As a Consultant/Analyst, your primary responsibility is to work as a team member on both market research and management consulting engagements.


Responsibilities:
-Perform research and analysis necessary to complete consulting engagements
-Conduct interviews with industry executives to obtain information for projects,and document it in conciselywritten interview reports
-Monitor significant industry trends through secondary sources and conduct secondary research
-Analyze primary and secondary research data and interpret findings in clear documents/reports
-Design, write, and deliver client presentations

Job Requirements:
-Strong English language and computer skills are essential
-Strong analytical and writing skills
-Professional presentation and communication skills
-Assertive and professional interpersonal skills
-A quick learner with a strong team spirit
-University degree, preferably a BS degree in a technical field (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biological Sciences- or equivalent); MBA or advanced degree advantageous
-At least 1 year working experience, preferably in consulting, chemicals, petroleum, cosmetics or healthcare.

1.对需要完成的咨询项目履行必要的调研和分析工作
2.独立完成与业内人员的访谈，获取相关信息，并简明地记录成报告形式
3.搜集整理二手资料，并通过这些资料捕捉和监控行业动向
4.通过对掌握的资料的分析，清晰地撰写商务报告
5.参与制作并现场合作完成对客户的演讲形式的汇报


资历要求：
1.优秀的英语和电脑操作能力（Word, PPT, Excel）
2.较强的分析能力和优秀的英语写作技能
3.专业的表达和沟通技巧
4.敏而好学，以及团队合作精神
5.本科以上学历，偏好于持有理工科学位的应聘人士 （如：化学，化工，生物等）；优先考虑MBA 或更高学历的应聘人士
6.1年以上工作经验，倾向于有咨询（非人力资源类、非信息工程类、非会计类咨询）业、化工业、石油能源业、化妆品业和生物健康业背景的应聘人士
7. 可以接受出差，有独立工作能力
