职责：

1. Customer satisfaction: collect internal and customer information to report Customer Quality Cockpit
2. Intensify customer quality focus within the VED-plant and QKAM-Organization, make sure complaints process goes smoothly
3. Report significant gaps and weakness in VED plant
4. Review and approve relevant Quality Items / Targets in Contracts
5. Coordinate, monitor and report top quality issue
6. Take responsibility for warranty management and improvement to monitor warranty status and counter claim status, establish internal and external warranty process, to reduce warranty cost
7. Fast response / joint analysis support at customer side
8. Product specific support to QKAM / CQE/Customer, build product knowledge for them

要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Electrical Engineering, Vehicle Engineering or related
2. Fluent in both oral and written English
3. Good communication skill, experience in leading cross functional team is preferred
4. 5 years working experience in Auto industry
5. Worked in international team for at least 3 years
6. Good working attitude and ability to work under pressure
7. Make tough decision and strong challenge, drive, push capability
8. Being open to learn and change.
