Responsibilities:
- Lead customer projects in manufacturing department
- Pursue the project indicators (on time, on spec, on budget, on cost, on profit)
- Regular project reporting to manufacturing management
- Lead the project team
- Coordination of project tasks, incl. requirement management, change management (OPL)
- Contact for customer project manager, participate at regular meetings
- Regular communication with project team
- Budget planning and monitoring
- Preparation of Q-documents (production flow chart, control plan, …)
- Planning and preparation of try-out parts and try-out process
- Preparation of internal process acceptance reports in cooperation with quality department
- Escalation to the project review committee and the higher management
- Additional tasks from manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor or master degree in Engineering or related
- Computer literate in Excel, Word, Power Point
- Good English and/or German communication skill

博世马勒涡轮增压系统（上海）有限公司是德国博世马勒涡轮增压系统在中国的全资子公司，公司总部设在上海。2013年9月公司注册成立，其注册地为上海市综合工业开发区环城北路1299号。博世马勒涡轮增压系统（上海）有限公司（BMTS）是德国博世马勒集团在中国成立的一家全资子公司，主要面向国内主机厂，以满足其对涡轮增压器的日益增长的需求博世马勒涡轮增压系统（上海）有限公司作为总部，其占地面积将达到5,000 平方米。前期，公司生产的涡轮增压器将主要搭载在1L 至1.5L 的小排量汽油发动机上。新工厂于2014 年第四季度量产，目标产能将达到200 万套涡轮增压器/ 年。
BMTS was founded in May 2008 and is 50:50 joint venture between Robert Bosch GmbH and MAHLE GmbH. With its headquarters in Stuttgart & production plant in Blaichach of Germany and St. Michael of Austria, it has started production in China as of 2014. Till 2014, global total employee will reach to 570. Company target: Development and production of exhaust gas turbochargers for gasoline and diesel applications.
   Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. is a fully owned subsidiary of BMTS GmbH, with its headquarters in Shanghai. Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (BMTS) has founded a wholly owned subsidiary in China, responding to the continued market growth of turbocharged gasoline engines in the country.The headquarters of the company, which is operating under the name Bosch Mahle Turbo Systems (Shanghai). Initially, mainly turbochargers for gasoline engines with swept volumes ranging from 1 to 1.5 liters will be produced for the local Chinese market in a new building comprising 5,000 square meters.　The installed production capacity is reported to amount to more than 2 million turbochargers per year, the start of series production scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2014.
