Job Content工作内容:
a) SHE compliance
– Understand and obey all the policies and rules about SHE& Security management in site strictly.
– Understand and be familiar with all related information and knowledge about SHE & Security management.
– Take part in training about SHE & Security management in site actively, in order to improve one’s awareness about SHE & Security management.
– Give improved advice to our superior about SHE & Security management actively.
– If find out any significant risk about SHE & Security management at work, should tell it to our superior immediately.
b) 100% time in lab to provide the technical support through the application tests
c) Provide formulas, formulated paints, coated panels and test results from lab
d) Liaise with R&D and provide the application support as requested
e) Well communicate with resource manager about project assignment and project progress
f) Frequently contact with industry managers for technical supporting
g) Assist the industry managers to Investigate, document and resolve customer’s technical issue timely
Authorities权力
1. widely connect with raw material supplier , equipment supplier
2. contact with IM, IS and AS for supports
Projects or Special Assignments特别任务
h) WB wood coatings
i) Do as SHE and 5S

Knowledge and educational level知识和教育水平
– Bachelor degree, Major in any one of the following disciplines: Chemical Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemistry
– Certain understanding of English

Required level of experiences所需的工作经验
– 2 years working experience in chemical lab or coating lab
– Self-motivation of/ willingness to learning / practice more in coating area
– Good working altitude
– Good team player
