职位名字：旅游顾问(Travel Consultant)
旅游顾问是针对去度假旅游的客户提供“一对一”的旅游信息、建议和行程安排、预订服务.
我们的客户都是在上海长期居住的外籍人士, 属于高端消费人群.
对应聘者的具体要求如下
1. 旅游或者英语专业毕业，熟悉Office word 办公软件
2. 有1至2年在上海的旅游公司的工作经验
3. 流利的英语口语, 电话里或发邮件时能和外籍人士有效的沟通。
4. 以前操作过三亚, 东南亚海岛线自由行者优先考虑
5. 能用ETERM系统自己独立订机票，查机票， 报价
6. 有较强的动手能力和独立的解决问题能力， 并能发挥团队精神。
7. 思维活跃、责任心强，良好的职业道德；耐心， 注意细节， 谦虚的工作态度
8. 热爱旅游和英文

As our business grows everyday, we are looking for a competent travel consultant with fluent English, Mandarin and a passion in travel!

Requirements:
The Travel Consultant is accountable for providing comprehensive, cost effective travel services to clients by establishing efficient communication in a timely and professional manner between the clients and Xpats Travel.
1. Graduate from college or University with major in tourism or English related.
2. Experience in a sales environment in travel agency in Shanghai especially with working experience in FIT market in Sanya and South East Asia
3. Good communication skill with fluent English and Mandarin speaking ability
4. Able to use Eterm to book tickets yourself.
5. Easy going personality with a modest working attitude
6. Team player with demonstrated ability of working effectively in a team.
7. Self motivated and results driven with excellent problem solving skills.
8. Responsible, patient and able to handle problem independently
9. Able to do assistant jobs assigned by manager
