职位描述
Job Responsibilities
· Together with category manager, lead and develop the category team in reaching the expected product quality. Conducts quality audit on site to ensure the quality requirements are met.
· Lead the product testing program (internally and externally) in category, to ensure products meets the market requirements.
· Develop and/or implements working methods and tools to secure the product quality in category.
· Support the category teams in evaluating and developing the supplier’s product quality competence.
· Support category and suppliers to bring solutions and recommendations for better products /packages/assembly instructions
· Set up product specifications and technical descriptions in system, Develops and analyze statistical data.
· Support/Participate local training initiatives in appropriate fields of experience, expertise and knowledge.
Job Requirements
· College degree.
· Significant QA experience in sizable company, preferable with previous experience in manufacturing industry.
· Good knowledge in production/manufacturing, product material, and product safety requirements for EU and Canadian market(Lamp).
· Good leadership, problem solving, planning and organization; customer orientation and quality orientation
Ability to interact well with Sourcing, vendors, and QC team at all levels
Ability to interact well with Sourcing, vendors, and QC team at all levels
· Fluent English communication skills in both writing and speaking
· Computer literate, be able to make drawing for products development purpose.
· Willing to travel

There are more than 100 stores in worldwide.LHP was founded in Pujiang Town, Minhang district of Shanghai in 2006, where the company location is only 20 kilometers away from People Square. The office building occupies approx. 4,500 m2 (50,000 square feet) in total. Within the building, there is a big showroom which is around 1,500 m2 (16,000 square feet).
