Scope of position / Responsibilities 职责描述

1.负责公司EHS管理体系的建立、运行与维护，组建安全委员会和安全小组，并进行相关的EHS培训；
Responsible for the EHS management system establishment, operation and maintenance; establish the safety committee and the security team; arrange and give related EHS training;

2.按照国家安全法规以及职业健康与安全体系的相关要求逐步制定安全预案并实施；
Set up and develop company’s security contingency plan and implementation in steps, according to the national security laws and regulations and the relevant requirement of occupational health and safety system;

3.对与安全生产运行有重要关联的施工、维修、用火、危化品管理等进行安全监督和检查；
Conduct the safety supervision and inspection for the safety related construction and maintenance, fire, hazardous chemical substance management;

4.负责管理特种作业设备，特种设备上岗资质和劳动防护用品管理；
Responsible for the management of special equipment, special work license and articles for labor protection;

5.进行安全检查，查找安全隐患，做好安全检查记录，定期制作安全生产分析报告，提出改进措施，确保措施有效执行；
Conduct security checks, find potential safety hazard, and write the safety inspection records; make production safety analysis on a regular basis, propose the improvement measures and to ensure effective implementation;

6.负责安全文件的编写与管理，并保存相关记录和文件；
Responsible for the preparation and management of the security file, and save the records and files;

7.负责EHS方面突发事件及事故的调查、处理和事故报告编写；
Responsible for EHS incident and accident investigation, treatment and writing accident report;

8.负责公司对安监局、消防局、环保局等安全环境相关单位的联络与关系维护；
Maintain the relationship with the safety bureau, fire station, environmental protection bureau and other relevant units;

9. 负责公司新项目的所有EHS相关事宜；
Responsible for all EHS related matters in the new investment project;

10. 与总部及其他分公司的EHS部门进行联系。
Communicate with EHS departments in head office and other branch.

Requirements 资质要求

- Bachelor degree or above in safety engineering or environmental engineering Major;
本科及以上学历，安全工程或环境工程等相关专业。

- Above 3 years work experience;
有3年以上工作经验。

- English level is above 4, fluent English both written & speaking;
英语四级以上，书写、口语流利。

- Familiar with all safety rules and regulations, be familiar with EHS system, Eg.: ISO14001, OHSAS18001;
熟悉国家各项安全法律法规，熟悉EHS体系，如ISO14001、OHSAS18001。

- Have the certificate of safety management;
拥有安全资格证书。

- Certified safety engineer is preferred;
注册安全工程师优先。

- Strong coordination, organizational and communication skills.
具有较强的协调、组织和沟通能力。
