SENIOR MERCHANDISER (FLUENT ENGLISH)



JOB DESCRIPTION:
? Supervise the relation between clients and workshops
? Swiftly communicate in English by mail, phone and Skype
? Lead the new developments asked by clients, with technical, design and workshop teams
? Adapt specification sheets to the specific needs from the client, order and follow samples
? Monitor Production planning, Quality Control planning
? Negotiate prices with workshops and clients.
? Source new suppliers
? Issue documentation (PI, PO, CI, PL, etc.)
? Arrange contacts with Forwarders and Import/Export companies and their related documents
? Check smooth completion of business deals in terms of quality, lead-time and payment
? Help the company to develop its procedures to gain more and more efficiency
QUALIFICATION :
? To be a fully trustworthy person
? Excellent in analysis with concision
? Thinking before doing
? Be very active
? Capability to handle multiple tasks in an organized way
? Be able to fluently communicate in English language with foreign Manager
? Perfect English writing style
? Past Experience in dealing with foreign clients
? Related working experiences
? Maturity of mind is more essential than a long experience
OFFERED TERMS :
? Basic salary 2.5 K RMB / month and Shanghai social security system
? Bonus (2.0 - 4.5 K RMB net) paid monthly
? Potential increase and bonus at anytime according to achievements
? Rewarding system for long term contribution to company success
? Renewable 2 Years work contract
