1. 负责淘宝店的总体运营管理及维护，包括产品宣传、销售、顾客服务、计划、协调与其他各部门的工作；
2. 精通淘宝网规则及营销推广方式，对淘宝店铺后台的活动专区及网站/互联网推广/网络语言有深入研究，能及时根据市场变化，设计和调整网店，保持高敏感的市场意识和快速反应；
3. 有创业心与责任感，具备较强的组织领导能力，有挑战精神，有创新意识，具有良好的团队协作精神。态度积极，个性开朗，有良好的沟能协调能力，并能接受上级工作安排；
4. 定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，及时提出营销改进措施，给出切实可行的改进方案；
5. 有较强的市场感知能力，敏锐的把握市场动态方向；
6. 负责外部相关社区论坛活动的规划、组织、跟进和推广；
7. 具有行业的从业背景，有网店品牌运营资历并且熟悉网店经营者优先。
