主要工作：
- 积极联络线上渠道，包括网站，电子直邮，社交媒体（微信，微博等），移动和互动平台，制定创新的营销策略。
- 策划参与市场营销活动，例如展会，路演，与品牌、俱乐部等共同举办活动，准备媒体材料等。
- 负责撰写与发布e-newsletter,新闻稿，软文等。
- 回应媒体以及公众对资料信息需求。
- 更新媒体资料，媒体数据库等。
- 完成每月的PR相关报告，包括收集并撰写每月的剪报报告。
- 建立与维护与媒体之间的良好关系。
- 协助发展新客户以及相关招标事宜。
- 其他与公关相关的工作。

学历要求：
- 本科及以上学历；主修公关策划，新闻学或旅游管理专业者优先。

专业经验：
- 至少3年或以上类似公关公司或相关工作经验；服务过酒店，旅游品牌者，奢侈品等行业优先。
- 必须能具有优秀的软文以及新闻稿撰写能力。
- 熟悉最热门的公众媒体平台。
- 拥有强大的媒体网络关系。
- 熟练的英语口语表达能力以及书面英语，能够熟练撰写邮件，电话会议，与客户沟通，做演示等。

性格：
- 责任心强，具有专业的态度以及快速的应变能力。
- 具有同时处理多项任务的工作能力以及较强的抗压能力。

Azure Leading Collection is a Joint Brand between Azure Global Co., Ltd. China and Leading Collection Co., Ltd. Switzerland. We are a “boutique” Representation Agency as we represent only luxury hotels. Since nearly 3 years we are successfully representing luxury hotels from Europe and Asia (Switzerland / Italy / Thailand) on the China Market.

Key Responsibilities

Objective function: Delivery comprehensive PR and Marketing services and ensure to achieve the clients’ targets for the Chinese market

Main tasks:
- Develop and implement innovative digital marketing strategies through online channels, including websites, EDMs, social media, mobile and interactive platforms
- Develop and implement PR activities such as media events, interviews, familiarization trips and advertorials that maximize brand exposure and create opportunities for publicity
- Carry out marketing activities such as exhibition, roadshow, joint events with brands/clubs, prepare marketing materials, etc.
- Prepare and distribute e-newsletters, press releases and advertorials
- Respond to inquiries from media and the general public
- Update media kits, media database and filing on a daily basis
- Compile all PR related reports, including monthly clipping
- Establish and maintain good relations with target media (travel, lifestyle, fashion, etc.) and strategic partners
- Assist in pitching and biding project
- Other PR and Marketing related tasks assigned

Requirements

Personal Data
- Female/Male
- Chinese Nationality (based in Shanghai)
- Languages: Chinese/English

Basic Training
- Bachelor degree or above; Major in public relation, communications, journalism or tourism/hotel management is preferred

Professional Experience
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in similar position in PR agency or hospitality industry; Serving for an international lifestyle or hotel brand is a plus
- Excellent in writing advertorial and press release
- Good knowledge about latest digital and social media platform
- Strong media network and relationships
- Highly proficiency in spoken and written English, able to communicate with clients via email, conference call and in person; Good presentation skills in both English and Chinese

Character
- A self-starter, responsible professional with can-do attitude and result-driven
- Ability to multi-tasks and work under pressure
