职位描述
? Champion for the KEY & NEWLY DEVELOPPED supplier, overall performance improvement (eg; Competiveness, quality, delivery, Engineering capabilities and customer service ) ; means :
? Improve supplier’s performance in supply chain area ( eg. Capacity planning, forecasting , logistic optimization etc. )
? Collaborate with supplier quality team on quality improvement plan to meet the quality target milestones
? Work with clean sheet & purchasing team to develop cost competiveness improvement plan
? Drive early identification & pre-audit process with purchasing team
? Assess supplier ‘s engineering/program management capability and required actions to fill any gap
? Collect relevant inputs, guidance, suggestions from the supplier base to drive Lear teams (eg, Engineering , operations , quality etc. ) to apply best practices, and optimize Lear requirements and specifications .
? Benchmark supplier key performance cross supplier base , continuously define the key & new suppliers to be develop.
? Experience: 8-10 years in Industrial sector, preferred automotive industry
? Combined strong quality , manufacturing , supply chain background , with good business acumen, and strategy sense
? Deeply understand key commodities (PCB and E-mechanical ) in terms of manufacturing, technical aspect , process.
? Strong Leadership capabilities to drive internal functional team regionally & globally
? Excellent communicating and language skills : English and Mandarin mandatory,
