(Sr.) Supplier Quality Engineer
（高级）供应商质量工程师

The (Sr.) Supplier Quality Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, implementing, and improving processes to ensure that the quality of purchased items, components, subsystems for R&D and manufacturing of highly complex electromechanical capital equipment in the semiconductor/compound semiconductor industries
（高级）供应商质量工程师是负责规划、协调、实施和改进流程，以确保在半导体/化合物半导体产业，研发和制造高度复杂的机电资本设备中，购买的物品、部件、子系统的质量。

Responsibilities（职责）
*Conduct new supplier qualification including coordinating commercial and technical assessment activities and serving as lead auditor conducting onsite assessment activities
管理新的供应商资格，包括协调商业和技术评估活动，并作为主任审核员进行现场评估活动
*Conduct ongoing qualification audits of existing suppliers and maintain an approved supplier list

*Coordinate PPAP (Product Part Approval Process) activities to ensure all pertinent product quality requirements for purchased materials are understood, communicated and met in an effective and economical manner

*Develop suppliers as needed to attain the minimum competencies required by Brilliant Light Technologies

*Monitor supplier quality performance and coordinate improvement activities for poor suppliers and certification efforts for exemplary suppliers. Analyze supplier quality trends and participate in improvement activities, using statistical analysis and problem solving tools

*Assist in training of company and supplier personnel in supplier quality process.

*Assist with measure, audit, and improvement of supplier-quality processes that satisfy customer expectations. Document and maintain supplier quality procedures

*Work with engineering to improve product specifications and drawings so that critical needs are met by the organization and the customer

*Execute the warranty / factory returns program (RMA process) to suppliers

Qualifications / Requirements（经验和资格要求）

*BS in Industrial/Electromechanical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
工业/机电/机械工程或相关学科学士学位
*Demonstrated leadership and or project leadership skills
有领导或项目领导技能
*5–7 years of experience in the quality Control filed
5-7年质量控制领域工作经验
*3-5 years in supplier quality role
3-5年供应商质量工作经历
*Expertise in ISO 9000 and/or ISO 14000
有 ISO9000和ISO14000的专业知识
*Practical experience in complex electromechanical capital equipment industry such as semiconductor equipment, compound semiconductor equipment, medical devices and etc.

*Experience in the fast-pace high-complexity capital equipment R&D to commercialization environment

*Experience using tools such as Control Plans, FMEA’s and the ability to communicate advanced quality concepts both internally and externally required
