职位描述
职责描述：
1、了解涉外房产市场供需动向，开拓涉外房产租赁企业客户；
2、与各大企业客户建立良好关系并进行有效维护；
3、与相关行业进行谈判，建立双赢合作关系；
4、建设和管理公司业务开发团队。
任职要求：
1、熟悉涉外房产租赁行业状况，有敏锐的市场洞察力；
2、本科以上学历，专业英语背景，英文听说读写能力强；
3、形象气质佳，语言表达沟通谈判能力强，具有良好的团队精神和服务意识；
4、两年以上拓展或销售经验，有管理经验，涉外行业经验者优先考虑。
