TSP，即技术解决方案专家，主要为销售团队提供技术支持。作为技术咨询专家，通过售前/售后支持，为公司潜在客户和现有客户进行现场演示，以协助销售团队达成新交易，完成现有客户的重复购买。理想人选应有扎实的技术背景，和销售解决方案方面的经验，或其他相关销售经验。
工作内容：
1.为目标客户量身定制AvePoint相关产品，并进行远程或现场操作和演示。
2.通过一系列的产品演示和确认，准确理解客户需求。
3.提出并设计出符合客户需求的技术解决方案，和/或准确定位从解决方案到客户需求之间的偏差。
4.协助销售团队为客户准备报价方案。
5.协助销售团队将销售量最大化。
6.协助销售团队将专业部分移交至项目管理团队。
7.在我们原有的应用程序和产品的基础上，学习并扩展知识面。
职位要求：
1.计算机，软件或电子科技相关专业，本科及以上学历；重点大学优先，有海外学习经验者优先。
2.有较好的沟通能力，擅长演讲发表，法语英语口语流利。
3.至少一年以上相关工作经验。
4.学习能力强，热爱学习新知识和技术。
5.较强的团队合作能力，能独立工作，也愿意做技术支持类工作。
6.较强的抗压能力，接受出差/出国培训/工作。
7.有微软Windows，Sharepoint，SQL server相关知识。
Job Description:
The Technical Solutions Professional (TSP) serves as the key technical point of contact for sales team. The TSP works in a consultative role to assist in the successful closings of new deals and repeat purchases by performing pre/post-sales support and on-site demonstrations to our prospective and existing customers. The ideal candidate should have a solid technical background and experiences in solution selling and other enterprise sales skills
Main Responsibilities:
1.Present and demonstrate AvePoint’s product offerings tailored to customer objectives remotely and on-site
2.To understand customers’ requirements through an active qualification process.
3.To Propose and design technical solutions that meet customer’s requirements and/or identify the deviation from Solution to requirement
4.Response or assists Sales to prepare offers to customers
5.Helps Sales to maximize sales volume
6.Assists Sales for professional handover to project management team
7.To develop knowledge based on our application and other products
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor degree or above in Computer/Software/Electrical Engineering,and overseas study experience is preferred.
2.Good communication skills both in English and French; Excellent presentation skills
3.At least one year relevant work experience, such as Information Technology,Computer Science.
4.Willing to develop new knowledge & skills with excellent learning ability
5.Good team player, work independently and willing to support
6.Can work under various pressure and accept frequent business travels
7.Understanding of Microsoft technologies such as Windows, SharePoint and SQL server
