Job description:
Fred & Farid Shanghai is looking for a Flash Banner Developer to expand its digital department in China.
1. Conceptualize, design, and program complex interactive flash and HTML5 projects that reflect the creative and art direction provided within the established specifications.
2. Provide design, innovation, and execution for web page elements, online banners, site promotions, partner channels and other site features/enhancements that follow campaign art and brading..
3. Translate campaign designs accurately and seamlessly into animations through creative collaboration.
4. Ensure strategic development efforts are completed on time.

Requirements:
Must-have:
1. Create graphic and manipulate images in Adobe Flash & Photoshop.
2. Must have a good feel for design, animation, and usability (user experience).
3. Experience building dynamic ads is a plus.
4. Experience working with Actionscript 3.
5. Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize a variety of tasks and projects.
6. Ability to work well in a team environment.
7. Speak and read Chinese and English.
8. Bean effective communicator and organiser.
