Primary Duties and Responsibilities

The IT Project Manager is required to:

· Act as an advocate for decisions of the General Manager and to facilitate the implementation of determined business priorities.

· Obtain the support and approval of the General Manager for the development of new projects, technologies, procedures and strategies.

· Work with the senior managers to help them achieve their business objectives, providing appropriate support and advice on their respective IT issues.

The IT Project Manager will provide effective leadership to the overall management function by:

• Responsible for the operation and maintenance of parking equipments and the network and data infrastructures of the business.
• Responsible for the procuring of equipments and systems including hardware and software.
• Managing relationships with equipment suppliers. Vendor management.
• Supervise parking equipment contractors and electrical and civil contractors.
• Training staff on the operation and configuration of the parking equipments.
• Training staff on the maintenance of parking equipments.
• Preparing quotations and specification documents for business proposals.
• Prepare parking equipment and IT infrastructure costing budgets.
• Prepare project action plans for installation and maintenance.
• Prepare network diagrams for the parking equipment and IT infrastructure installations.
• Responsible for Network and email system administration.
• Implementing the IT business plan.
