Junior Software Engineer/软件工程师

Job Description/工作说明

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing and developing real-time control software for semiconductor capital equipment, specifically for deposition process systems such as CVD and MOCVD cluster tools used for DRAM, logic, and LED fabrications. The individual will work in a cross-functional, multitasking, global team environment to develop and support the next generation control system for cluster tools.

Major Responsibilities/主要职责

* Design, specify, develop, integrate, test and document real-time control software for semiconductor manufacturing cluster tools
设计、确定、开发、集成、测试半导体制造集群设备的实时控制软件及编写相关文档
* Analyze system requirements and translate into software specifications
分析系统需求并转换成软件规范
* Respond promptly and professionally to bug reports; follow quality system to verify, document, and fix problems
及时专业地相应缺陷报告，按照质量系统要求去确认、文档化、解决问题
* Support development labs, production staff, and customers as required
按要求支持研发实验室、生产人员和客户
* Work as an independent, self-motivated, task-oriented team player, planning and performing all tasks in an efficient manner with no assistance from the supervisor
能独立工作、自我激励、以目标为导向、富有团队精神，在没有监管的情况下能有效地计划执行所有任务

Qualifications/Requirements/资历

* BS or MS in Computer Science or related field with solid programming knowledge and hands-on experience in C/C++, C#, .Net
计算机相关专业本科或硕士，扎实的编程知识及C/C++, C#, .NET实际经验
* At least 2 years’ experience in real-time multitasking programming, preferably for large equipment control software in the semiconductor industry
至少2年多任务实时编程经验，最好是半导体工业中的大型设备控制软件
* Experience in software development for intelligent devices and their links such as: MFC*s, gate valves, pressure transducers, integrated gasbox, gas panel, safety-critical devices, Ethernet, TCP/IP, RS-232, etc.
智能器件及连接的软件开发经验（如MFC、门阀、压力传感器、气柜、气体仪表板、安全器件、以太网、TCP/IP、RS-232等）
* Strong and effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of staff and customers
