Manufacturing Quality Assurance Engineer is responsible for managing, coordinating and providing consultation services regarding inbound and outbound quality inspection of products; maintaining the quality of various manufacturing processes (e.g., production efficiency, product quality, etc.), and achieving total customer quality satisfaction through continuous improvement in quality assurance processes
制造质量工程师负责管理、协调和提供关于进料及出货的产品质量检验咨询服务，落实各种生产过程中的质量方针(生产效率、产品质量等)及透过不断的质量改进达到所有客户的要求

Duties and Responsibilities
工作职责

-Liasing with employees and agents in the United States and within the company, and with customers in order to ensure that customers’ quality specifications are met.
有效的与公司内部职员、美国总部人员及客户联系沟通。以确保达到客户的质量要求。-Supervising and managing company’s quality assurance related services, and ensuring effective employee utilization.
实施质量监督检查及提供与公司产品质量有关的服务并确保员工的才能能充分发挥。
-Providing consultation service with respect to managing and coordinating inbound and outbound inspection of products
提供关于管理及协调进料及出货的产品总检验的咨询服务
-Providing consultation services with respect to maintaining and improving manufacturing processes in order to satisfy customers’ quality goals specifications in a cost-efficient manner.
以节约客户成本为考虑，提供落实生产过程中的质量方针以达到客户质量目标的咨询服务
-Providing training to employees regarding maintaining and achieving quality standards
提供员工关于落实质量方针和质量目标的教育训练
-Conducting audits of facilities and staff for compliance of established programs in order to maintain and improve quality.
检验机器设备及考核操作人员以落实质量方针和提升产品质量。

Skills and Specifications
职位要求

-Able to speak and write Mandarin fluently and to speak and write English (well).
熟练的中英文听、说及写作写能力
-High-level leadership and decision-making skills.
优秀的领导及决策能力
-Able to motivate people.
能够调度人员迅速展开工作
-Able to interact with customers and all professionals within the company.
能和客户及公司内部的专业人员有效沟通
-Required excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills.
具备良好的口头、书面沟通能力和良好的人际沟通能力
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
熟练使用Microsoft Office等办公软件

Education and Qualifications
教育背景要求

-Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
工程或其它相关工科专业学士学位
-3+ years of experience in the field of tooling/manufacturing and/or automotive manufacturing is preferred)
具备3年以上工程项目及实施经验（有模具、制造、自动化相关经验者优先）
-3+ quality assurance is preferred.
具备3年以上质量工程师职位工作经验者优先
