Position: Assistant to President (Manager)
职位名称：总裁助理(经理级）

Responsibilities:
1. Support the new branch, Rep office and other projects offices Establishment and the Contribution process to the Plant
2. Develop an in-depth and comprehensive product portfolio analysis covering the entire product range.
3. Promote/support the establishment of new Rep. office depending on regulations, internal/external requirements and reasonable preparations
4. Support budget negotiation and agreement with partner and other services related to the localization
5. Take care of communication related tasks
6. General Project Support & Project Management Function
7. Provide business analysis on various issues
8. Provide organizational support for other projects as needed
9. Support in general project management tasks

Education:
BA or Master in Finance & Controlling, Business Administration or Market Research or comparable education

Professional experience:
several years experience in multinational companies in managing complex topics and projects

Other Requirements:
Fluent in English
Service minded and pro-active
Positive and organized
Financial experience
Negotiation experience
Public administration experience
Banking and custom experience
