岗位职责：
1. 负责设备故障的排除及经验总结。
2. 制定、实施和持续优化设备及工装的预防性维修计划。
3. 负责备品备件管理，制定备件、工具采购标准和计划，控制备件库存。
4. 负责维修文件的标准化工作，记录、统计、分析和存档。
5. 实施持续改进，提高设备效率。

任职要求：
1. 电气、机械、自动化类专业本科毕业；
2. 五年以上电气、机械维修经验，熟悉PLC运用；
3. 预防性维护和TPM的知识和经验；
4. 良好的专业英语，一定的英语表达能力。

工作地点：青浦区华新镇（有班车到普陀/长宁/徐汇）
