- Chemical, wood industry background or subject, Coating experience is better
- 化学类专业毕业或有木材行业背景，有涂料行业经验尤佳
- More than 5 years sales/marketing experience in foreigner-owned company, 4-year experience as the manager
- 6年以上外资企业的销售及市场工作经验，4年以上的经理工作经验
- Teamwork and leadership, have good social skills and driver license
- 优秀的团队协作能力及领导能力，良好的交际应酬能力，有驾驶证
- Willing to face the challenge

- Base in Dalian or North China, mobility is possible
- 办公地点为大连，愿接受工作调遣

Responsibility:
工作职责：
- Research and select marketing information
- 搜集市场信息
- Defining and budgeting new target accounts and target markets in collaboration with SD
- 与技术销售总监共同明确和计划新的目标及目标市场
- Visit existing and Potential Customers; follow up actions
- 拜访现有及潜在客户，跟踪反馈
- Monthly status reports to be presented in management meetings
- 在经理会议上作每月销售状况报告
- Provide and prepare technical info, product literature and sales tools (update these items)
- 提供和准备技术资料，产品说明书和各种销售工具，同时更新
- Provide all relevant technical data of customers’ coating equipment to R&D for proper development
- 为研发部门提供客户生产线的所有相关参数以便提供更好的发展
- Assure appropriate conduct and filing of visit and trial reports

- Set Targets &budget for Sales Department in collaboration with the Sales Director
- 与销售总监为销售部门制定工作目标
- Propose Targets for Technical Departments (Production, QA, Development, Plant & Warehouse) in collaboration with the Sales Director and department heads
- 与销售总监及各部门经理合作，为技术部门提出建议，制定目标
- Ensure efficient and effective management of company resources to service the market (sustainable growth)
