· Prepare monthly payment and collection schedule based on maturity dates

· Provide weekly reports to the General Manager on the status of payment schedule vis-à-vis actual/incoming cash status as per collection information

· Set priorities for payments to creditors in collaboration with the Management

· Prepare a 3-month Evergreen cashflow forecast based on actual purchase (outflows) and projected sales (expected inflows)

· Prepare the forecast cashflow position for the subsequent 3 months for submission to the General Manager on a monthly basis

· Plan, direct and control financial plans, accounting practices and policy adherence

· Prepare and circulate monthly operational reports showing the trends/tendencies for review and follow-up actions by the MD and/or department managers

· Oversee the generation of statistics for immediate assessment of target versus actual figures in functional areas via the monthly Quality-Objective Report

· Supervise the timely preparation and submission of forecast (eg:Cashflow projection)

· Ensure the timely submission of accurate financial and management reports

· Ensure compliance with the statutory requirements and regulations

· Separate costs into direct and indirect VC/FC in a transparent manner and in collaboration with the Management

· Prepare and/or review legal documents and external correspondences

· Coordinate half-yearly/annual audit process

· Review on a constant basis the financial health of the company and take the appropriate measures to manage the risk exposure
