Warehouse and Delivery Coordinator
Chapin House is a young, but fast growing Furniture Sales, sourcing and Interior Design company. We have a 1,500 sqm warehouse that is our showroom/store in Pudong where the company is located. We sell and rent furniture to foreign individuals and large corporations. We need 2-4 additional people to help with this growing business.
The company is run by Americans so your English skills will be used every day. Great opportunity to improve your English but you must already have a very good level of written and spoken English.
Your main duties will be to:
1) Organize the warehouse of furniture / accessories / etc.
2) Organize the delivery of furniture to our customers that have bought furniture. English also required for customer interaction.
3) Maintain staffing levels that accomplish the goals of the company. Currently we have a warehouse/delivery staff of 5.
4) Help with additional duties as they are necessary.
5) A drivers license would be helpful (but not required).
We need a person that has an open mind about accepting other duties as needed. We are a small company and as we grow we need staff that can grow with us.
